Michelle Bloomer holds two Bachelor Degrees, one in Physical Education/Athletic Training and one Elementary Education with a Middle School minor as well as a a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In her 24 years at Southern Hancock Schools, she has taught all four academic core subject areas at the 6th grade level and middle school physical education and wellness. She is a Lilly Fellowship Grant Recipient, currently involved in the STEM Leadership Team and serves as a PE/Wellness Advisor on the Children's Museum Education Council to develop programming, curriculum, and resources for schools across the state. She lives in New Palestine with her husband and four children.
